Information we collect
Account details you provide at registration (name, email and membership pathway), and the learning content you create on the platform — practice transcripts, case-based discussion notes, feedback reports and progress records.
How we use your information
To operate your account, deliver practice sessions and AI-generated competency feedback, show your own progress, and improve the platform. Practice content is processed by our AI provider to generate responses and feedback.
Patient information
GPXplorer is an education and simulation platform. Do not enter identifiable patient information. Where you discuss real consultations, de-identify them first: no names, dates of birth, addresses, Medicare numbers or other identifiers.
Who can see your data
Your practice content and feedback are visible to you. Other members can see only your display name and pathway in the peer directory, plus anything you choose to share in a peer session or community message. Platform administrators may access records where needed to support or secure the service.
Retention and your choices
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can ask us to correct or delete your account data at any time by contacting us through the GPX Loop feedback form.
